Since retiring as a licensed social worker, I've had the joy of painting pets full-time. I offer oil paintings on gallery-wrap canvas as well as charcoals and watercolors.  I paint the sides of a gallery-wrap oil so that it is ready to hang when you receive it; charcoal and watercolor portraits must be framed.

I work with my clients to select their best reference photo and to choose a background color that they like and also complements their pet. I send numerous progress photos during the sketching and painting process. My clients have described it as seeing their pet "come to life" and always tell me that they enjoy seeing my painting process.

As you can see, I have a helper. Bitsy is a chihuahua/Jack Russell mix. She enjoys my time at the easel.
